Refunds & Returns




 Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in the original confirmation emails you have received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

*Please do not send your purchase back to the items manufacturer unless instructed to do so by our staff*

If an Ordered Product, upon delivery, is defective, Godly Labs Inc will, at its option, either (i) replace the defective Ordered
Product with a new Product, where customer is responsible for shipping charges; or (ii) issue a credit to the Customer in the amount of the purchase price of such defective Ordered Product. If replaced, the defective Ordered Product will be replaced with an identical Product.
The product may need to be returned to Godly Labs Inc for a credit to be issued or reshipment to be performed.

If an incorrect Ordered Product is sent to the Purchaser by Godly Labs Inc, and such error is due to an error on the part of Godly Labs Inc , then Godly Labs Inc. will correct the error at its sole cost and expense and issue a credit memo to Customer. The Customer must return any incorrect Ordered Product to Godly Labs Inc.

Due to health and safety concerns, Godly Labs Inc. is unable to accept any return of opened novelty items. There are NO exceptions.

Additionally, Sale Items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.


Exchanges and Replacement

All of the products sold on are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of invoice, subject to the following conditions. Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Opened films cannot be returned unless defective. Defective films will be replaced with the same title item only. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please e-mail us using the contact us button below and we will provide further instructions specific to your situation. 




Shipping Returns 

 Customers are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, and additional international shipping charges for orders shipped to international addresses (outside of the United States). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges if an order is refused at time of delivery.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
